Type of Spring - Bonnel Springs connected helically at both sides.  Spring made of High carbon steel wire, heat tempered and rust proof.

 a) steel spring-wires are as per standard equivalent to BS4637/BS5750.

 b) Spring is coiled after tempering as per BS3173 revised.

Quilting /Ticking - Multi-needle chain stitching deep quilting with 20mm foam and good fabric quality recommended for this grade.

Insulation - to avoid pocketing of the coils and to provide extra firmness to the mattress, a heavy duty propylene wire mesh insulator is fastened to the spring assembly.

Comforter System - this will consists of 3 overslys :

1. Wire mesh/corovin insulator

2. 10mm medium density foam multi-quilting with specified fabric.

3. 10mm high density bonded polyurethane foam.

4. 10mm foam/fabric border quilting.
