Inner Spring Unit (Bonnell shape offset coil)  - Contructed of traverse rows of 2.2mm, 5 turns bonnell type coils, 140-150mm high, connected to a 1.4mm helical at right angles to the long axis of the unit.  These special coils are made of 86mm dia. twice tempered high carbon steel wire.  Each coil is connected by the high carbon steel helical with a twin tie and helical ends are mechanically crushed at each termination point to prevent spin-out.

• Steel spring-wires are as per standard equivalent to BS4637/BS5750.

• Spring is coiled after tempering as per BS3173 revised.

Border wire - to provide additional support to the edge of the spring unit, an oil tempered 3.67mm border wire of high carbon steel is secured to the outer-edge on both side of the units.  This also helps holding units firmly together and maintaining the shape longer.

"M" Spring - 12 Nos of "M" side/edge and corner spring of 3.65mm twice oil-tempered steel wire is used in a single mattress to provide addition reinforcement.

Comfort system - This will consist of :

• Polypropylene wire insulator - heavy duty.

• 20mm -  25mm  density polyurethane foam and 10mm holosiliconised polyester-fiber multi-needle deep quilting..

• 10mm foam sheet - 2o density

• 20mm rebonded foam  - high density

• 10mm Rubberized coil/natual fiber.

• 20mm cotton felt, heavy duty..

• 10mm border quilting.

Quilting - multi-needle chain stitching deep quilting with different designs for selection.

Covering - automatic machine covering/tape-edging.

Ticking - Fire rated and equivalent woven fabric.

1. Polyester/glazed cotton/jacquared.

2. Conforming to BS7177 standard.

3. Commonly used hotel quality F.R. Albergo fabric is of 62% cotton and 38% polyester weights about 380gm/mm.

4. Also super premium fire rated fabrics available.

Border - Quilted on the same ticking/design as the mattress cover with high density  polyurethane foam with spunbonded backing.  In one piece with ends securely sewn  to each other..

Handles - high quality handles and ventilations.

Identification - each models will have labels of "Duromat" on the corner and turn labels to achieve optimum life, comfort and durability.  Also name of the model with quality recognizable by number of stars sign given.
