The Inside story :

Inner spring Unit : (Bonnel Shape Offset Coil) : constructed of traverse rows of 2.2mm, 5 turns Bonnell type of coils, 140-150mm high, connected to a 1.4mm helical at right angles to the long axis of the unit. These special coils are made of 86mm dia. twice tempered high carbon steel wire. Each coil is connected by the high carbon steel helical with a twin tie and helical ends are mechanically crushed at each termination point to prevent -spin out.

	Steel spring -wires are as per standard equivalent to BS4637/BS:5750
	Spring is coiled after tempering as per BS: 3173 revised.

Border Wire - to provide additional support to the edge of the spring unit, an oil tempered 3.67mm border wire of high carbon steel is secured to the outer-edge on both side of the units. This also helps holding units firmly together and maintaining the shape longer.

Size : 200 x 200 = 900 coils

Comfort System :

50mm tufted quilt cover (30mm high density super-soft polyurethane foam and 20mm extra smooth-silkish polyester fiber)

	40cm high density cotton felt pad
	20mm high density rebounded foam bonded with 35 density 20mm soft polyurethane foam.
	Border quilting with 10mm foam.

Covering - Automatic machine covering / tape-edging

Ticking - 100% cotton heavy duty ticking is fire retardant meeting the cigarette ignition test - complying with BS7177. It also has inherent anti-microbial protection against bacteria and germs.

Handles - High quality handles & ventilation.

Borders - Quilted on the same ticking/design as the mattress cover with high density polyurethane foam with spunbonded backing. In one piece with ends securely sewn to each other.

Identifications - Each models will have labels "Duromat" on the corner and turn labels to achieve optimum life, comfort and durability. Also name of the model with quality recognizable by number of stars sign given.

Divan Base

	Foundation frame is constructed from Kiln dried swarp resistant timber.
	Frame is square and flat and all corners are reduced to match the corner radii of the mattress.
	All wood stock has a minimum hardness 18 to 25mm and are securely stapled and glued for diagonal rigidity.
	Reinforcement of the frame is done using solid cross-slats to ensure extra strength.
	Same ticking as mattress. A multi-quilted process, sandwiched construction consist of 10mm polyurethane foam with spunbonded polypropylene backing.
	Border consists of 10mm polyurethane foam quilting.
	A spunbonded polypropylene dust cover is fastened to the bottom of the frame.
	Plastic corner guards are fastened to each corners of the frame to prevent damage, protect corners.
	Heavy duty wheels castors/rug rollers with and without brake are provided 2 with brake and 4 without brake for single size.

SPRUNG TOP DIVAN BASE / BOX SPRING HAS TWO MODELS, SPRUNG EDGE & FIRM EDGE.

	Firm edge has wooden side support
	Sprung edge has flexible spring support
	Both models have equal number of spring units as in the respective mattresses.
	Height varies from model to model.
